NC VALUES RESPONDS TO RECENT PRESS REPORTS REVEALING JEFF JACKSON’S INVOLVEMENT WITH A CONVICTED SEXUAL PREDATOR

In response to recent press reports revealing Jeff Jackson’s involvement with a convicted sexual predator, Tami Fitzgerald, Executive Director of NC Values Coalition, stated:

“If Jeff Jackson thinks he can deny getting caught embracing a convicted child molester, he’s wrong.  Chad Turner’s conviction and status as a registered sex offender were common knowledge in the legislature where Jackson served, and especially in Charlotte where Jackson lived.  Turner’s status as a sex offender received widespread press coverage, and Jackson’s extensive social media footprint shows him with Turner many times.  Jeff Jackson needs to come clean with voters.”
