NC VALUES ENDORSES DAN BISHOP FOR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL
NC Values Coalition endorsed Congressman Dan Bishop for North Carolina’s Attorney General in this critical Council of State race.
“For the first time in history, North Carolina has the opportunity to elect a true Constitutional conservative to the office of Attorney General. For years, we have suffered under the abuse of this office by sitting Attorney General Josh Stein and his predecessor Roy Cooper who have refused to defend legislation passed by the General Assembly because of their radical views. Dan Bishop will be a clean break from his predecessors’ attack on our laws and our citizens, as he will finally restore law and order to our state. He isn’t just an experienced litigator, but one with impeccable moral and legal ethics. Dan Bishop will always go to the mat to defend North Carolina law, the Constitution, and our citizens, as he has done in Congress,” said NC Values Executive Director Tami Fitzgerald. “There is a reason Dan has been named as a ‘Legal Elite’ numerous times—he is skilled, experienced, tenacious, and successful. North Carolina needs someone with the character, conservative values, and legal expertise of Dan Bishop and we are thrilled to endorse him for attorney general.”
NC Values will continue to release endorsements throughout the 2024 election season but does not endorse in every race.
