Early voting has been underway in North Carolina’s primary run-off elections for the Congressional District 13 and Lieutenant Governor races, and voting will culminate with Election Day next Tuesday, May 14th. This important run-off election traditionally has low-voter turnout, and we wanted to send a reminder about the significance of your vote as a conservative Christian.

Kelly Daughtry announced she dropped out of the Congressional 13 run-off against Trump-endorsed Brad Knott. However, because there wasn’t a formal withdrawal with the Board of Elections, she could still win. This district is conservative, and the winner of this run-off will likely be headed to Congress in 2025. North Carolina needs another Congressional representative who will vote for our values. The unborn are under an unprecedented assault by radical abortionists, and Brad Knott will stand up to the pro-choice elite in Washington and organizations like Planned Parenthood.

On the ballot is also a choice between Hal Weatherman and Jim O’Neill for the Lieutenant Governor run-off. NC Values endorsed Weatherman because of his vocal support for the unborn, school choice and other strong stances on socially conservative issues. As the President of the Senate, the Lieutenant Governor is the tie breaker on legislation and has a powerful voice, influencing policy. Hal Weatherman, who is open about his Christian faith, is the family values candidate who will be a voice and champion on social issues such as abortion and school indoctrination.

Run-offs typically have a low-voter turnout, and your one vote will make a significant impact. Make voting in this election a priority, and share this email with family, friends, and church members.

Early voting for the primary run-off is already underway and ends at 3pm on May 11th. Election day is May 14th. Get out and vote early for the conservatives in the race, Brad Knott for Congress and Hal Weatherman for Lieutenant Governor.
